Things to Consider When Evaluating a Student
VOC THRIVE - EVALUATION PAGE Vessels of Compassion Thrive How was the customer’s arrival time?
Was the customer dressed appropriately, with all his or her equipment
Who was the supervisor on duty, and did they have any feedback to offer
What was the workload like, the pace of work, and was it expected?
What job duties were performed, and did the customer need any extra guidance? if so, what?
Was the customer able to perform all the requested job duties?
How was the customer’s stamina?
What assistance, if any, did the customer need
Was the assistance planned?
Why was the assistance needed?
How was the customer’s co-worker interaction, their social skills
Did the customer receive instructions well from co-workers and supervisors? If possible, give examples
Did the customer have any comments?
Any other notes?
